Laser Tape Mani

This is the first tape manicure I've done that came out neatly and didn't pull up my polish. I tend to be impatient and try to finish before the first layer of polish is dry. But even though some of my lines aren't perfectly straight, and there's an unfortunate blob in the middle of my pointer finger (wah), I'm still pretty satisfied.

I used painter's tape (I just think it's easier to cut and place. It also doesn't rip polish as easily) over striped layers of Revlon - Cherries in the Snow, Revlon - Emerald City, and NYC Colors - Lexington Yellow. Sally Hansen base coat and Seche Vite topcoat.

Never mind!

Like I said, my nails change VERY often. I didn't start from scratch today, but my rhinestones came a day earlier than expected! Whoo! Thank goodness for Amazon (and Amazon Prime and its two-day delivery).

All I really did was add floral accents to four nails (two left, two right). Big white dots in NYC French Tip, smaller turquoise dots in Essie Turquoise and Caicos, and golden rhinestone accents.

I have a feeling these are going to be some of my favorite toys...

Classic Red

To me, nothing is sexier than a classic red nail polish. I was actually going to do a design on this, but I liked the plain polish so much that I decided to just leave the color on. I'll put my design on tomorrow when my order of rhinestones arrives tomorrow.

This is two coats of Sinful Colors - Ruby Ruby. And it is gorgeous.

Because I actually painted these on Saturday night, I'm probably going to change these today and might have another picture up by tonight. My polish changes with my mood - which is very, very often. But these were perfect for work! The kids loved them.
